One-Click Planner ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Nabel Alsulaiman (sole proprietor), Sundgauallee 26, 79110 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. It is a social media scheduling tool that allows businesses and individuals to connect their Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts and schedule video content for automatic daily posting.

1. Information We Collect

When you use One-Click Planner, we collect:

• Account identifiers: Your Instagram User ID, Facebook Page ID, and TikTok User ID.
• Access tokens: OAuth access tokens issued by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, which allow us to post on your behalf.
• Video content: Videos you upload to schedule for posting. These are stored securely via Cloudinary.
• Settings: Your preferred posting time, caption text, and platform preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to:

• Authenticate with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on your behalf.
• Automatically publish your scheduled videos at the time you choose.
• Generate AI captions for your posts (optional feature).
• Display your posting queue and history within the app.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Facebook and Instagram Data

We access the following Facebook/Instagram permissions:

• instagram_content_publish: To publish Reels to your Instagram account.
• pages_manage_posts: To publish videos to your Facebook Page.
• pages_show_list: To identify which Facebook Pages you manage.
• pages_read_engagement: To read basic Page information needed for posting.

We only request the minimum permissions necessary to perform scheduling and posting. We do not read your messages, contacts, or personal profile data.

4. TikTok API — Data Access & Usage

One-Click Planner integrates with the TikTok for Developers API to allow users to schedule and publish video content on TikTok. This integration requires explicit user authorization via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 flow.

We access the following TikTok permissions:

• user.info.basic: To retrieve your TikTok display name and profile picture for display within the app.
• video.publish: To publish videos to your TikTok account at your scheduled time.
• video.upload: To upload video files to TikTok's servers for publishing.

TikTok data we store and process:

• Your TikTok OAuth access token (encrypted, used only to publish videos on your behalf)
• Your TikTok username (displayed in your dashboard)
• Video metadata such as title and privacy level (set by you at time of scheduling)

We do not: read your TikTok messages, followers, or analytics; access your TikTok account for any purpose other than publishing videos you have scheduled; share your TikTok data with third parties; use your TikTok data for advertising.

To revoke access, disconnect TikTok from your One-Click Planner dashboard. You can also revoke access directly via TikTok's settings under "Connected Apps". Upon disconnection, all TikTok tokens are immediately deleted from our system.

One-Click Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok Inc. or ByteDance Ltd. Use of TikTok features is subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy and TikTok's Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention

• Access tokens are stored securely in our database and used only for posting.
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the dashboard, which deletes your tokens from our system.
• Uploaded videos are stored in Cloudinary and deleted from the queue after posting.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a dedicated server in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (EU). We do not log or expose tokens in any public interface.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram Graph API) — for posting content
• TikTok API — for posting content
• Google (YouTube Data API) — for posting content to YouTube
• LinkedIn API — for posting content to LinkedIn
• Cloudinary — for video storage
• Hostinger — for app hosting and database (servers located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany)
• OpenAI / Anthropic Claude — for AI caption generation (optional)

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Disconnect your social media accounts at any time from the dashboard.
• Request deletion of all your data by contacting us at the email below.
• Access the data we store about you upon request.
