Welcome to One-Click Planner, a service operated by Nabel Alsulaiman (sole proprietor), Sundgauallee 26, 79110 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

One-Click Planner is a social media scheduling tool that allows businesses and individuals to connect their Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts and schedule video content for automatic daily posting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to use and connect the social media accounts you provide. By using this service, you confirm that you comply with the terms of service of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

3. Your Account and Content

• You are responsible for all content you upload and schedule through One-Click Planner.
• You must own or have the rights to all videos and content you upload.
• You must not upload content that violates any laws or platform policies (Meta, TikTok).
• You are responsible for keeping your User ID secure. Do not share it with others.

4. Use of Social Media APIs

One-Click Planner uses the Meta Graph API (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok API to post content on your behalf. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to act on your behalf for the purpose of scheduling and publishing content.

We do not modify, delete, or access any content on your accounts other than publishing the videos you schedule through our platform.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled posts may occasionally be delayed or fail due to:

• Platform API outages (Meta, TikTok)
• Server maintenance or technical issues
• Expired or revoked access tokens

We are not liable for missed posts or any consequences resulting from service interruptions.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use One-Click Planner to:

• Post spam, misleading, or illegal content
• Violate any third-party platform's terms of service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer or abuse the platform

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time via our data deletion page.

8. Limitation of Liability

One-Click Planner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
